The problem
Stop the Traffik's analysts were drowning in signals: over 8 million data points of trafficking intelligence, analysed largely by hand. Getting from raw intelligence to real-world action took around 60 days — far too slow to disrupt active trafficking routes.
The approach
For the AWS Breaking Barriers challenge I led a team that rebuilt the intelligence pipeline around Amazon Bedrock for analysis, SageMaker for pattern detection and Neptune for network-graph mapping of trafficking routes — turning a reactive archive into a proactive disruption platform.
