Do you work through Upwork?

Yes — if you prefer Upwork's escrow and reviews, we can run the whole engagement there. Otherwise I contract directly.

What timezones do you cover?

I work UK hours with generous overlap for North American and European teams, and I'm fully async-friendly.

Can you work with our existing team?

That's the usual setup — I embed with your engineers, and mentoring them is part of the value.
